newVAbandster 0 Posted February 2, 2006 Hi! I had my second fill two days ago. First day I didn't eat anything but a yo-baby yogurt.....because I didn't feel any hunger......and the second day wasn't any different. Now I drink milk just to give my stomach something to help it from embarrising me in public by rumbling inappropriately......but other than that.....no hunger! Is this going to last? Is this how all of you just started loosing pounds upon pounds of weight? I want to be like you.....I want to loose 10 pounds pretty much in the blink of an eye! I'm bursting with excitement! Go band! Go fills! Pump up my baloon with more saline!!!

ReneBean 3 Posted February 2, 2006 Hey VA Bandster - Don't forget to eat... You need to eat solid food - even if you don't feel hunger. You body is a finely honed machine - it requires fuel to function efficiently - even to burn fat... So don't forget to eat your lean Protein and veggies. :]
Desi80 1 Posted February 4, 2006 you shouldn't be on just liquids, you need to be eating 3 meals a day. If Dr. Martin knew you were just doing liquids she would not be happy. Don't make me tell on you, EAT REAL FOOD!:biggrin1:
I'llsucceed 1 Posted February 4, 2006 Good for you - now go eat!lol lol You don't want the intial weight to be only Water & than your body start to think its starving itself b/c your not getting at least 1200 cal a day. Trust me you will stop losing if you don't eat. Infact a dear friend of mine just reminded me that I need to eat MORE b/c I am working so much now. She is right & that is why I have only been losing BF% & not pounds. Very Very imporatant b/c I don't want to be a muscel bound 219. I would rather be a sleek 150 one day:0)
