Sharon1222 19 Posted August 23, 2011 My Surgery was August 11, 2011today was my first workout 2 Miles on the Treadmill this morning trying to do another 2 mile tonight had much more energy than before surgery walked at 3- 3.3 MPH 39mins my goal is to lose 10 more pounds by the end of September my first fill will be Sept 9, 2011 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Trust me if you have been following a strict diet of liquids only you will have lost the 10 by the end of August. 2 weeks post op, I was down 7lbs from my surgery date weigh- in and I hadn't done any exercise.
