First Visit to the Surgeron

I had my surgery on 8-11-11. I go back to the dr. on 8-26-11. What is the normal amount of weight lost on the first visit. I had a 5 lb loss during the Protein part of the diet and just wondered if there should be a great loss ehen I go back to the dr. I have just started exercising....or walking.

They're not really focused on weightloss at this moment because they are concerned about how you are healing. Once you get filled then the weightloss matters because it ties in to finding your sweet spot.

I think it varies from person to person. Some people don't lose much because it's only been a couple weeks since surgery. But some people lose a whole bunch. It just depends on if you cheated, the amount of weight a person needed to shed, the way your body responded to the surgery, etc. I personally lost 25 lbs before seeing my doctor again, but every experience is different
