I had frozen yogurt today from red mango (I figured not so bad) but now I feel like it was a gateway food. I can't stop thinking about fatty fried foods :(. I'm hoping after my Protein Shake and some sleep the cravings will go away

I know that feeling! When was your surgery? What food stage are you at? You can do it! Can you eat Soups? Homemade soups really help me.
