That is awesome Kathy! Let me know what it says this morning?

Nothing magical happend overnight. I was 187.2 this morning...not even my lowest. I don't get it? But I'll keep chopping away at it and one of these days...it will show on the scale.

Have fun going out tonight! Romance...wahoooo!!!!

Kim, the lower you get the harder it gets. You will be below 200 in no time. You are doing so great!!!!

Overall, it sounds like everyone is doing OK. I did two tax returns today: ours and my DD & SIL's. I love TurboTax!

Steffney at Dr. V's office said my letter has gone to dictation and should be back in under a week :scared: When Julie called with my ultrasound appointment, she told me to call her the following week (around Mar 8th). She'd confirm all reports have been received, and insure it goes out to UHC.

They fax the information to the insurance company, so I'm sincerely hoping Dr. V's estimate of two months is over stated. I'd love to have surgery by the end of March and be banded by our next meeting. At very least, I'd like to have a date?

I helped my daughter and son-in-law move into their first house this weekend. We're all exhausted! I am so happy for them and proud. They're 22 and 25 years old (respectively), have only been married for 1 1/2 years, and already buying a house! If all goes well, a grand baby is about 3 years away. That would make me a grandma at 45; a little young, but that's OK. I hope/plan to be in better shape to chase a little one around by then :)

Karen Just think you'll be that skinny hot grandma when your 45. However, I don't think they allow car seats on motorcycles, so you might have a tough challenging taking the baby riding.

I am still typing and know i need to go back and lay down. Man, tv stinks alot.

Jennifer it sounds like you are doing good...I feel your pain for the wanting to eat. I find it really hard to be home w/ the kitchen full of food there. It is worse when your not allowed to eat via doctors orders. Hang in there girl...I can't wait to see you.

Karen - wow you a grandma @ 45 girl you will love it. My in-laws were 47ish when we had Curtis. My parents are in the mid 50's and you know I think it's great...I will be much older when I become a grandma considering I am 32 and still want one more. UGH!!!! What I am thinking. haha.

Dianne how is that rash? It will get better... I can't wait to see you again. Maybe once you are up and about we can do lunch w/ Karen and Starr before I leave work...

Angie check you out at 173...girl you have got it going on. I want to be there. I know I will some day....one day I just know it.

Kathy I am finding that out...I guess this is where the work comes in. I told Mike yesterday (after we had left the circus and I had some of Curtis cotten candy, some of his french fries (5), a handful of m & m's and my water) that I needed a good kick in the butt. So my loving husband kicked me. :) Gotta love him. He was just kidding w/ me.

So we went to the circus yesterday and it was alot of fun....Curtis really enjoyed it and the clowns and people came into the stands. Curtis really liked that. He liked the pre-show things where we were down on the floor also. He feel asleep on the way home 6:30 (we had to drop off my mom) and wake up @ 6:15 this morning...WOW I guess we wore him out. haha.

Ok so HAPPY MONDAY....off for a great day @ work. I am turning in my notice on Wed and I am nervous but it's just something I have to do.

Kim - Live just keeps changing for us. I am glad you found a new position which fits you so well. I guess change is good.

I am really doing great. I have decided if I look at food and it's too tempting it's in the garbage. Who needs salt and vinegar chips anyways.

I'm way too much of a good girl to cheat. I always play things by the books. For example, child rearing, we've always been buy the book with my daughter, no deviating. I was thinking last night, while dreaming of meatballs, from watching wedding singer, I don't know if I'd want another child.

I'll be 33 in may and I don't think I ever want another operation again. I had a c-section with Chloe and buy the book I would have another scheduled c-section with #2 and wouldn't chance normal deilvery. So really, I have 2 good years before I can be up to standards to have another kid. Maybe I'll get my masters degree between now and then and get out of financial services industries. Heee....

I am elated though. I feel great emotionally and physically. I haven't slept this good in years. Nothing but hard core sleeping at night and no daytime naps for me, another positive, I don't even need the pain medicines. I cannot do any long walks though because I Feel too shakey.

Jen

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.

Lost my Pup last month and struggled really hard for that first month. Stopped tracking intake and slid into old habits here and there. Also quit working out. Can't walk in the neighborhood because of all of the memories we shared. Losing my Pup is the most heartbreaking thing I've ever been through. My Pup was my world 💔
Talked to my doc during my one year followup and they were not worried about my current status. They know, and I know, that I will get back on track.

I'm so sorry. I lost my pup (Mr. Bitters - a chocolate Pomeranian) 2 years ago and it still makes me tear up. He was my everything - my constant companion. I understand. Do the best you can to get back on track.
