Woweee February already.... ready folks?

Is there anything you learned from documenting in January?

I have, one is I need more exercise... and I need to eat healthier... hopefully with a fill, I will eat less.

February 1st

B- coffee, Coffeemate

L- Angelhair Pasta w/pesto sauce (just a little)

D- chicken, sweet taters, rice ball

S- 100 cal pack

Water: not so good

Exercise: none

Personal: No eating past 7 pm

Looking back at my Jan. food records I need to:

1. exercise more

2. cut back/out my affair w/otis spunkmeyer (cookies)

3. have better control w/eating on the weekends

Saturday February 4th

L- Squash, chicken

D- bad salad w/naughty stuff, baked tater, ckn

S-bite of cake

Water: good

Exercise: cleaned and walked 1/2 hr.

Personal: No eating past 7 pm
