CATCHUP 0 Posted August 12, 2011 after fill I have Breakfast figured out. it takes me forever to get a shake down. sometimes so long i throw it out. I have small tiny dinner figured out, but what are some of you eating at lunch? Most of the time I don't feel like lunch, but sometimes I am a little hungry because i threw the Protein Shake out without finishing it. So what are you guys able to get down at lunch time? I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I also drink only coffee for breakfast. And I do drink regular, but I heard that you should limit yourself to the caffeine? I have to have my coffee (I believe I'm an addict when it comes to coffee in the morning?). My band is so tight in the morning that it is impossible for me to eat.
