This is off topic a bit and quite stupid, but I am new to the site. How in the heck do I track my weight loss/BMI on the bottom of my replies to all the conversations?? I have no idea how to work this site lol..thanks for the help!!

That is so not a stupid question. when you fill out all the information for the tracker you will need to copy and paste on to your lap band profile. I found that if I kept both screens up I could then past the information to my profile. Each time I had to update it I had to go back to the tracker site and re post it .

I will see if I can find the name of the parson who helped me and I will send you her name.

I figured it out, go to the site i posted earlier, and then u will see option to get code and cut code and select my settings and update about me and signature by clicking on the code icon and just paste code

I tried that....that website didn't have anything on it about a weight tracker. It was about business cards?? lol..just making sure it was the right website! Thanks for the info though..
