Shoulder Pain After Lap Band Surgery

Hello All,

Has anyone found that if they eat too much they have shoulder pain. I was told that I was very lucky as this was my way of knowing that I had eaten to much. Who would have ever think that I would be happy to have that pain.

I do know that if I try to eat more when I get this pain the pain get's sharper......so I stop eating.

Has anyone found that they can not eat the 8 small meals a day as I cannot eat more then 4 if lucky small meals?

I get the shoulder pain too! I notice it when I overeat and when I drink to soon after eating. It is definitely my sign that I have overdone it. I definitely stop because like you said it gets sharper if I don't! Have a great week!
