Need an online mentor

Hi!

I am 54 year old male in NWPA and am in need of a Mentor either in the area or someone online to giude me and bounce ideas off of and to have another person to have some accountability with.

I was banded May 20 2011 At that time I had gone form 292 lbs to 282 lbs in pre band regimen. Since banding am at 268lbs losing 14 lbs in the 11 weeks since the banding.

Am at a point where some old eating behaviors are coming back and my discipline is slipping- by that I mean logging food, exercise...working the routine..

I am having relief from High BP and Elevated Blood Sugar from the current loss but gotta keep going.
