Need Lap Band Help

Since July 14, 2011 it has been 2 years since i had lap band surgery... everything started off well and i lost 50 lbs fast.. then i fell off and i gained back 30lbs.. can anyone give me and tips/motivation?? i definately need a fill because i can eat too much.. Please tell me what works for you.. i would appreciate it!! thank you!!

best thing you can do is retrain yourself to eat smaller portions and get a fill! the fill will help you feel full. also you have to watch what you eat, stick with the low fat versions, keep it healthy and delicious! for dinner I made grilled red snapper, salad and some basmati rice (i stayed away from that!)
