People do it all the time. Do yourself a favor- don't be one of them.

Dont do it!!! You can do this!. You just went thru surgery to help you thru this journey. That is a huge step to take, dont ruin so soon. Keep with the program and give the band time to do its thing. We all know that the first couple of weeks or even months are going to be about willpower. But if you can make it thru that and then you can start to rely on the band a little bit more. But it will only work if you work with it.
