Nouzi 0 Posted July 31, 2011 I've had problems with Water retention for a while long b4 having my band, when I was on the liquid diet it was going on well... as soon as I started eating again it started happening, I drink around 8 cups of fluids a day, and yet its too bad... BarbaraG 10 Posted August 1, 2011 Hi Nouzi I have a serious problem with Water retention when the weather is hot and muggy. It's really discouraging to be following my food plan and not see the scale reflect it! But then the weather changes (especially cool nights) and I'm up 3 or 4 times during the night peeing. That used to bug me but now I take it in stride knowing I'll see the scale drop a lb or 2!. Kate rules 43 Posted August 1, 2011 I am completely bloated right now! There's no way I have consumed enough calories (and I know I have been burning them!) to gain 4 pounds in one week! UGH!!!
