ksully 0 Posted July 30, 2011 Hi, I'm Kristin. I am a stay-at-home-mom to 4 kids. I had lapband surgery 4 years ago. It has been a huge battle for me and I am only down 38 out of the 82lbs that I needed to lose. I have made lots of mistakes. I had unfills because of pregnancy, breastfeeding, and surgery. Cindy C 150 Posted July 30, 2011 Hi, Kristin. Welcome. I just looked at your profile. You should have no trouble reaching your goal. You really aren't very far away from it. It's time to climb back on the bandwagon. It might help if you start back at square one and go on liguids for a couple weeks. That should help get your body and your mind used to the idea. Go get yourself filled to slightly less than whatever your highest was and then go back a month later and get a little more. I'm sure with 4 kids you are already getting plenty of exercise! LOL!
