Dietary Goal for August~Work harder at eating three meals a day and if I have a snack make it sugarfree like popcicle or pudding.< /span> Personal Goal for August~Starting a new career on Monday and leaving a job that was just a job. Cindy C 150 Posted August 8, 2011 Larry checking in this morning at 174, I was down to 172 last week but I gained it back over the weekend (I hate Monday weigh ins). I agree, Larry.
