kaydin81 8 Posted July 29, 2011 Just wanted to give my idea to anyone who needs it. Every Sunday I sit down with a little schedule book that has every day with all the times in it. I plan out my meals for the entire week and write down what I'm going to eat and when. Then I never feel like theres a moment in the day when I'm feeling hungry and don't know what to do next. I try to eat something small every two hours if I can. Yogurt, lite Syrup fruit, pickles, etc. Good things. This helps me to not go to the cafeteria and feel like I have free reign at whatever is up there! Trust me, it does help . By all means I'm not the "jesus" of eating. I still have mistakes! It just makes it a little easier to stay on track!

vlp1968 83 Posted July 30, 2011 You are doing awsome. Sounds like you found what works for you. I know a lot of doc's say no Snacks, but I have always snacked. Planned, healthy snacks. I don't write it down, or plan for a whole week, but each morning I have in my head what I am going to eat when for that day. It's working for me. Keep up the good work!
