YAY! I purchased them this morning and used a $1 off coupon from their site :) Thanks again, i hope I will see a change in a month - I wrote it on my work calendar that I started it today so we shall see now :)

Remember do 3 or 4 (I WOULD DO 4 FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS BECAUSE YOUR BRUISING.) and let me know in a month how it works. I think you will see a difference before a month. I'm just being safe on my end.

Also Google Choline, and see what it is.....

Good Health to you, Shirley,.

I chew Flintstones Complete with CHOLINE. They are in a orange box, and the Choline is important.

All of us at my clinic are put on these Vitamins Bypass, Band, and Sleeve etc....

I have tried them from Costco's, but they just don't have the kick, that the original, by Flintstones have.

I take 4 a day, Every Day ! I have NO sign of Bruising at all, and I feel PEPPY !

If I were to go without them, I would be bruised, and tired.

I know what I am talking about... Or I wouldn't say sh*t about it. I been doing these Vitamins for 5 yrs..

So I know they work...

But you must buy the COMPLETE with CHOLINE, or it won't work....

Again they are in the Orange Box.

Try them for about 1 month, then look and see how your bruising is gone.

Even my PCP can't believe it, but,,,, she's not a specialist.

Where do you get the Finstones with CHOLINE? Does Wal-mart carry them?

I would think they would ! Call the Pharmacy there and ask.

Any Pharmacy should carry them. If they sell out, trust me, it's not for the kids LOL

They get the Gummi Chewys or whatever,

Go on line Google Flintstone Vitamins, and get a coupon for it.

Also watch the site, sometimes they are $2,00- $3.00 coupons.

At least they use to be ! !

Taste is not bad either. I know I am use to them, but they are not bad.

Have Fun Shopping, Shirley.

Taste isn't bad at all. I remember these when I was younger. I got the tablets not the chewys.

Because the other ones,,, I think your describing the Gummy ones. Are you sure those come in choline too? LOL What a trip LOL

I only know the flavored chalky ones that have shapes,,, that's all I've ever seen in 5 years of buying them.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
