Hi folks I just found this site today while looking on the internet and I have been reading some of the posts for a while and this is great. I was banded in June 04 and have lost 66lbs. Wish the weight loss was greater but I need to excercise and it would be. Can't wait to join some of the discussions. Look forward to talking to you guys.

gapeach, our daughter lives in Kennesaw. My wife is planning a trip out there in July to Celebrate and go clothes shopping with the daughter. I'm going to sneak the credit card out of her purse. LOL Welcome to LBT and congratulations on your weight loss, that's fantastic!

I have to laugh. Think back to BB (before band) and consider what a 66 lbs weight loss would have meant to you! I say this from PreB. I've decided to have the lap band surgery but have not yet settled on a doctor - though I'm leaning toward Dr. Rumbaut in Mexico. 66 lbs sounds like a miracle from this perspective. I guess your expectations change PostB. Donna
