I guess we should all keep it in perspective, but it's hard!!! It's much easier to listen to that negative voice then tell yourself you are beautiful!!! I am going to work on accepting compliments and work on easing up on myself, but I know it's not going to happen over night!!! This forum helps it helps to know I am not alone and I am accepted here!!!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
