Meal Replacement Shake

My healthiest meal of the day is Shakeology! It contains almost a full days worth of Vitamins and about 17grams of protein! It's delicious and not chalky like a Protein shake!

It's very good and healthy! I love it, because not only is it giving my body the extra Vitamins that it needs as a weight loss surgery patient, but it's also giving me a ton of energy. It also helped me break my plateau last month and I'm still losing weight on it. I've been banded since Nov. 2008 and haven't made the best food choices along the way, so I still have a way to go before I reach my goal weight. If you'd like to try it, I will send you a sample. You can't by Shakeology in stores, it's only available through a Beachbody coach...which I am!
