2911plans 16 Posted July 18, 2011 My nutritionist recommended that I use Calorieking.com. I am so glad she did. I can not believe how many calories I was eating each day. I could not understand why my weight loss was so slow until I started logging my meals. I am so conscience of what I eat now and the weight is coming off again. 2911plans 16 Posted July 18, 2011 I purchased the pocket size reference book for $7.00 and 5 of the 10 week pocket size journals. The journals were $3.00 each. I do not want any excuses for going over my daily calorie count.

It counts the calories that you take in and the exercises you do in a day. It's really good. lean 911 Banded 06/15/2011 starting weight / current / goal 262 / 223 /
