I simply dont know if this is what I should feel?

I feel I am to tight.I can barley drink anything without taking baby sips.. I havent eaten a meal in about a month. I would say I get 1/2 cup of food down and feel it sitting in my chest. Have not lost any weight and just feel miserable. I called to get an unfill because I do not feel this is normal. I am going take my chances of doing it without being miserable. If I am stressed or really not feeling stress nothing will go down. I heard that if you are to tight you will not lose any weight?

Yes, you are too tight. You'll feel much better with an unfill.

You are in the red zone. You're right. You don't lose weight in the red zone. Get an unfill!
