OlyHarleygirl 0 Posted February 2, 2006 Hi Cynthia, my geography sucks so I'm not sure how close it is to Boise but there is a doctor that does fills in Eagle, Idaho. They are signed up with Fill Center USA and you can check them out by going to the following web address: http://fillcentersusa.com/locator/ You can put in your zip code and it should come up with the address, phone, etc. for the office.
