I just had my second fill, I went from 3CC's to 4.5CC's which didn't seem like much to me. I had wondered about getting 2 although she said that 7 lbs in one month was "better than average" so I was actually given 1.5CCs. The Water went down while she was still in although I felt like there was a bubble or need to burp kind of thing. I was on liquids for 24 hrs and ate a few bites of supper last night. Since the fill on Wed these air bubbles keep making all sorts of noise and seem to be crawling up my throat constantly! Is this to be expected? Is it just gas? It is loud to me but no one else has commented on hearing these noises. Any information or help would be appreciated!

I hate it when that happens. When you look at your plate and know that there is no way you could have eaten enough to be stuck yet you can hear the glug glug and feel the bubbles!

I have this problem as well.. I feel like I cannot burp. Its just stuck and feels like bubbles. I was doing pretty good but the last month I feel like I have just been throwing up and sliming all the time. It seems like I should be able to keep a little more down. I am having a hard time with acid reflux at nights I wake up coughing and choking on what feels like grit in my throat. It is getting worse instead of better. I just cannot figure out why. I am getting frustrated. But I have lost a total of 38 pounds since I started this whole process. I was banded 3/29 and my first fill was 5/11/11 I am happy with my weight loss but I don't like feeling bad.

Every single time I take a drink, my throat makes a weird noise....loud noise. It isn't a burp really. I've had two people tell me it was like a clogged toilet. Haha

When that happened to me I had a small unfill and everything was great! Please... call your doctor right away as being too tight can cause serious problems. Hope you are better soon!
