40 lbs!!!

If I loose one more pound by tomorrow I will have officially lost 40 pounds in 14 weeks! I am so thankful to Dr White for giving me this wonderful tool to help me get where I am today! I know I couldn't have done it without the band... It has been a tough road so far and I know there is still a long way to go but I know now that I can make it!

Woo Hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alright!!!!!!!!!!! Way to Go!!!!!!!!!!! I hit the 50 lb mark this morning and I giggle as I sit here reading messages with my leg up in the chair. I haven't been able to sit like this in years. I also giggled the other day when I sat down in a chair and crossed my legs...........ha! That was an incredible feeling. Congratulations.
