Hey everyone! I'm getting banded in a week and I was hoping for some advice, I have some nervous jitters in the pit of my stomach!

My surgeon told me on the day of my surgery that he would be worried about me if I did not have jitters. What you are feeling is normal! This has been a great decision for me. I hope your journey is as smooth as mine! Good luck.

Don't worry. All will go so well and you'll finally be on your journey! The actual surgery and recovery were SO much easier than I expected. You'll do great! Stay positive!!!
