Lads how soon after surgery can I start zumba?? I have a video that does a quick 20 min work out. I'm 2 and half weeks after surgery and stomach is just better. Thanks in advance

I would wait until you have clearance from your surgeon. Zumba involves a lot of ab work and even though you feel fine now you probably aren't ready for that yet.

Actually I havent started yet but I literally just signed up for curves and I have my first session tommorow, They offer zumba but that is a separte charge $40 for 12 classes or $4 a class I think I am going to try a class and see how I feel about it. but tommorow I will be oriented to the machines
