feeling awesome!

I just got back from the gym. Did an upper body workout as well as walking 1 mile on the treadmill. Walked slow on the treadmill but slow and steady wins the race eh? I never realized how great exercise can make ya feel.. Not only is it good for weightloss but it is great emotionallly. I plan to do more as time goes on but at 355 lbs I am patting myself on the back. Have a great day all!

There's nothing like a good workout first thing in the morning. Keeps me energized all day long! Keep up the good work!
