my_genre 0 Posted January 27, 2006 WOOHOO!!!!! I HAD MY FIRST PB!!!!!! HUH?????????????? :girl_hug: :girl_hug: While I am not excited that I actually PB'd, I am excited that I have some real restriction now. My doctor discovered that the PA that filled me the first time, made a mistake and only put in about half of the Fluid that he recorded, the rest went into my subcutaneous layer. So I was not where I needed to be (or where we thought I was) and I was getting so down about how hard I was fighting to not eat larger portions. I was beginning to question my decision to get banded. My fill was adjusted accordingly yesterday and I am good and tight now. So yippee!!!!!!!!:clap2: -Debra 5.5cc in a VG Band
DeLarla 22 Posted January 27, 2006 It's not supposed to be a good thing, but congrads! I remember how you felt when everybody but me was PBing. It took me a couple months but hurt like hell when it finally happened. Congrads - you are a real bandster.

helene624 0 Posted January 27, 2006 I got banded 2 days ago...will the nausea ever go away????
txkrause 0 Posted January 27, 2006 Yes, the nausea goes away. Mine was best about the end of my "mushy food" period. It took awhile. But, chin up. I also lost a lot of weight because of this! I still have moments, but they are few. I was banded 12/21/05 and get my first fill on 1/30/06. Hang in there. My genre - what does PB stand for???

sleepyjean 0 Posted January 27, 2006 I read that as "I got my first Pd." I was thinking that's too much information
MyKdsDad 1 Posted January 27, 2006 Krause, a PB is a productive burp. I've heard it described many ways but prefer to think of it as something akin to a baby spitting up....
Jane Garside 0 Posted January 27, 2006 I was happy to hear someone define PB. Happens to me fairly often. socially pretty off putting. I don't seem to get early warning signs. Any feedback.
