1 year anniversary

My 1 year anniversary has just passed and my total weight loss thus far is 45 lbs.

Just wondering what other banders loss has been on their 1 year anniversary

Hey there! My 1 yr anniversary is July 30th. Iv lost 72lbs so far. Its definitly not been an easy journey Iv worrked really hard to lose that much..working out 4x plus a week and really trying to eat better..I know I couldnt of done it without the band but I still have another 45lbs to go.....congrats on your weight loss!!!

My 1 year anniversary is July 14 and I have lost 82 lbs with 16 more to go. It has certainly been an interesting year learning how to eat again but - am totally satisfied!
