In two days I will be 1/3rd of the way through P90X. I've definitely seen a great deal of change in my body composition, but not on the scale. I've lost a total of 3 lbs in this month, where I was on a pace of losing 1-1.5 lbs per WEEK. I've learned to not look at the scale so often.

I was eating about 1250 calories before P90X, but now that I'm really going into it hard, I feel I'm more hungry so I try to keep it to 15-1600. If I keep it too low, I feel I don't have the energy to do all the workouts.

I love p90x I am about 45 days into it! I am also drinking the shakeology which I love! its all natural and had great Protein. I drink my shake at lunch time. I have to modify a few moves, but I am moving. I am not weighting myself for awhile b/c I don't want to get disappointed if the number doesn't move. I figure as long as I lose inches I cool with that.
