Darn it, I think I may be too tight this fill!

Is it a sign of being "too tight" if you feel uncomfortable and really full the day of the fill? Will this feeling go away overnight? I made the mistake today of eating right before my fill appointment, and I wasn't sure if that could have been the reason why I felt uncomfortable. The Water that I drank after my fill went down fine, but I noticed on my way home from the appointment that I was starting to feel a little uncomfortable (like I needed to burp but can't), and it's been about 4 hours and I am still feeling uncomfortable. Does this sound like I need some Fluid out or maybe a gas bubble? Would eating right before the fill cause this discomfort? I knew that this fill would be putting me close to a "good range", but maybe it was too much. Any input or advice is appreciated! Thanks!

I was told not to eat at least an hour before because if it is still in your pouch it could get stuck there when you get filled. I wonder if this could be it.

You could have food caught. Stick to warm liquids for 24 hours to soften things up. If you're still tight and can't consume mushies in 48 hours get a slight unfill.
