Debora Anne 3 Posted June 22, 2011 Sometimes I skip Breakfast if I am not hungry - When I am on the go I will whip up a choc Protein Shake with half of a small banana or a yogurt adn half a banana (you can eat these if you are in aa rush since they are :sliders: and you have less of a chance of sliming and/or vomit

Rachel412 116 Posted June 22, 2011 My normal breakfast is 6 ounces of greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of Kashi mixed in. If I'm in a super rush I do a Protein Shake.< /p>

I know a lot of bandsters (myself included) that can't eat bananas.
roziecakes 20 Posted June 22, 2011 I make my Protein Shakes for the next day the day before, so then I just pour some out at breakfast time and I'm good to go!
LVGirl 4 Posted June 22, 2011 I do a Protein Shake and at the last swallow add 1 tsp of chia seeds. Keeps me satisfied until lunch.< /p>
roziecakes 20 Posted June 22, 2011 I do a Protein shake and at the last swallow add 1 tsp of chia seeds. Keeps me satisfied until lunch. I keep hearing about chia seeds, and I saw them in the store and pondered getting some... so they're really as great as I keep hearing? I think I want to get some. vickyd 24 Posted June 22, 2011 Lately, I have been doing Protein Shakes because I was having trouble getting all of my Protein in but I used to do either greek yogurt or oatmeal...I would just throw it in my lunch bag and eat it at my desk when I got to work. Hard boiled eggs also work well...if you peel them right after you make them and store them in a ziploc then all you have to do is grab and go...
jen120 23 Posted June 22, 2011 I usually eat sliced turkey from the deli. Usually 4oz of turkey fills me up. Sometimes I add a slice of cheese to eat with it. I just munch on it in the car on my way to work. (I know you are supposed to sit at a table, concentrate and eat, but I just cant do that)
