I am new to the forums and I am wondering how long it takes for insurance to approve procedure?

I am new to the forums and I am wondering how long it takes for insurance to approve procedure?

I have united health care Louisiana, and it took me two days after I turned in all my information. Then I got my pre-op dates and surgery date (july 11th).
