Hello fellow Bandsters

I have set up a Meetup Group for the various Lapband coffee Groups being hosting in Toronto and the GTA.

I have already been contact by several new people that are interested in joining us for coffee to find out about the lapband journey.

Also for those of you on my regular e-mail list that receive the recipes, articles and other bandster news I share I will continue to send out the information via e-mail.
