Anyone have some good recipes or variations for chicken broth. I dislike the canned stuff so looking at making my own.

This is pretty much how I make it. http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/chicken-recipes/easy-chicken-stock Remember that it has to cook way longer than you think, something about the Gelatin being released from the bones... I always think it's not working, it's not working, then BLAM, it eventually works. And it's soooo yummy.
