Beachy_Babs 5 Posted June 14, 2011 Okay, I have a dilemma. I love to eat cheese and every time I do, I get constipated. Also, I don't really know what are healthy cheeses out there. I like to make a small plate of apples, cheese, and grapes as a snack.< /span> So far, I have been eating Laughing Cow light wedges and the Light Baby Bell cheeses. Do you have any suggestions on healthy cheeses? what do I need to look for in fat, calories wise to be in the "OKAY" stage?
CheckYes 46 Posted June 14, 2011 Rather than looking for healthy cheese (sounds like you are too much of a cheese lover to sacrifice taste - low fat cheese isn't worth it really!) I would just really monitor quantity. Have two ounces and leave the rest.
puglover 0 Posted June 15, 2011 I am allowed to have motzzellrea (sp)... so I am assuming its going to be your best bet... its the lowest fat cheese... i love cheese to so i can relate! good luck!
honk 780 Posted June 15, 2011 My question is how many wedges of laughing cow do you eat at a time. They do have low fat versions. I would say 1 wedge would be fine only 35 cal and like 3 g fat. I would not have more than one.
Beachy_Babs 5 Posted June 15, 2011 For the laughing cow low fat cheese I only eat 1 wedge
