Hate Cardio? Start rowing!

Hi all,

I just wanted to suggest to all of those that hate most cardio...I do too but I found a solution...the rowing machine! I believe most gyms have them. They do not require you to put all of your weight on your legs so are great for those of us early in our journeys. Now I love rowing and can go for an hour at a fast speed...although this will not replace walking, which you should do more of as you lose weight.
