kaydin81 8 Posted June 12, 2011 Do you have a menu you follow daily/weekly? What does your chart look like? Did you get it from a site, or make one up on your own? Needing some creative ways to keep one step ahead of a disaster :-)
Debora Anne 3 Posted June 13, 2011 I use www.Sparkpeople.com it helps you track calories as well as weight and fitness - you can add your own menus or it will reccomend for you - of course being banded you need to modify their menus and calorie intake (they usually suggest more calories than we can have or want) You can also add foods you eat and it will calculate the calories and Protein etc for you I really like it a ton Do you have a menu you follow daily/weekly? vickyd 24 Posted June 13, 2011 I use myfitnesspal.com (they also have an app for IPhone and Blackberry). It allows me to track my calories, Protein, carbs, Water, exercise, etc. I don't follow a set menu because I consider this a lifestyle change and I would not be happy with someone else telling me what I can or can't eat. I do try to plan my day so I can make sure that I am getting in enough protein, calories, etc., but I just do that in the morning while I am packing my lunch to take to work. rick1951 0 Posted June 15, 2011 I made my own chart with Excel. Made my own menu with the help of my RD.
Melissannde 41 Posted June 15, 2011 No menu, I just try to stay around 1200 calories a day (that's now, at my current weight. when I was larger, I could have more calories and still lose). I eat 3oz Protein and 1/2 cup veggies at my meals. I keep track of what I'm eating at www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate.
