I was banded in 2008, and since have lost 50lbs (half my goal) and then gained back 20. I really need to fix myself. Do you guys have a list or link to the "rules" post op? I was banded on 5/27/11 so I am still in the post op stage. My diet consisted of liquid for the first 2 weeks. This included my shakes, Tomato Soup, broth, and sugar free Jell-O. I have just been advanced to a stage 1 baby food or anything that I can blend to that consistence. After this 2 weeks I will move to soft foods for two weeks than the rest of my life will begin. I know that every Dr gives a different post op diet so you might want to check with some of the other about what their Dr recommended. Good Luck! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
