sld21 26 Posted June 7, 2011 I don't get anywhere near 60 grams of Protein in a day, hopefully a third or half, never truly calculate and I have none of these problems. I have been banded a year and a half, 103 off and my blood sugar is normal and other labs. I mean every now and then I drink my protein when I am too tight or in a rush but typicaly don't get substantial protein until dinner and a bite or two at lunch. I can't handle solid protein in the a.m and prior to banding I was an eggs and backie kinda girl. I am having steel cut oats as I type, they may have some protein in them naturally...because I didn't cook them with milk. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Jenn1214 120 Posted June 7, 2011 I had been slacking off on my Protein for a couple days and I felt like garbage. My brain was all fuzzy and I felt very weak and tired all the time.
