moved to level 3 foods today!

So Mushies? Its basically refried Beans, cottege cheese, yogurt. Stuff like that. I did riccota cheese melted with a little Tomato sauce and parm cheese on it. That was pretty good. Good luck. This is a kinda boring stage, but better than liquids thats for sure.:lol:

I started mushies today too! I woke up early and made myself 2 scrambled eggs, then I had pintos and cheese for lunch and now l just had chicken & dumplings (chewed throughly). It's nice to eat something real again but my appointment for my first fill isn't until the 20th so I need to do really good or I might gain back what I've lost since I feel like I can eat the same amount I could before surgery. I think cottage cheese and scrambled eggs is awesome btw.
