Snow 1 Posted June 1, 2011 ...and have to meet with a nurse practitioner beforehand? I have an appointment with my NP tomorrow, and am trying to get an idea of how long it takes and what's involved. I have an important conference at 12:30, need to know if I should reschedule. I've been calling the hospital's bariatric office and keep getting patched to voicemail. Ug. vickyd 24 Posted June 1, 2011 I had to meet with a PA (Physicians Assistant) before surgery and it was very important because she is the one who I see at every appointment (except 2 week post op) and she does all of the fills.
