hope2bthinr 0 Posted June 9, 2011 I'll try for 15lbs. I have a trip to Puerto Rico in August and need to get back on the losing track after plateauing for 6 months. CAN YOU SPELL FRUSTRATED?? It's my fault, hard to stay on food plan when traveling, hard to stay on exercise plan when workout partner has an excuse not to every other day. Of course both issues are within my control, and they are just excuses.... Saw my surgeon for an adjustment, so now it's time to get seriously serious!! jayeljay613 1 Posted June 22, 2011 Hit 70 pounds lost today and so excited. My 6-month bandaversary is next week and I never thought I would lose that much in 6 months. Little nervous I won't meet my goal for July 4th since the weight loss is slowing down a bit but I'm increasing my exercise to see if that helps. Good luck everyone!!!! Have gotten my butt back in the gym and feeling better about myself. While I may not reach my intended goal, I want to thank all you guys for being the motivation I needed to get back on track!
