still stuck at the same weight

hello everyone it's been awhile but hope you all are doing well my second fill is coming up june 13 it seems like i have been stuck at the same weight wich is 234.5 so kind of upset about it but im back to low carb slim fast for Breakfast and dinner i do biggest loser work out monday threw friday 30 min each work out and right after that i do zumba for 20 min so we will see how things go but after my first fill i felt no different i get full but once i have ate my whole meal so we shall see

When I got stuck had to check my diet. Are u getting enough Protein? Are u getting in enough calories? On e I got my 4th fill then things picked up. Plus when I eat enough to balance with calories used in exercise I do better. Sounds like u need a good fill. When I was eating Full meals that was sign not at restriction

I am slowly learning (I am stubborn) that when I am not talking in enough calories I am not going to lose weight. I have lost 80 - but been stuck for months, Once I started upping my calories the scale has begun to move again (albiet slowly)
