FadnoMore 4 Posted May 20, 2011 I had chinese chicken broth today and I am wondering how many calories are in it? and I got a small (pint) Is a pint smaller or bigger than a cup? I had about 80% of that broth should I feel bad ...so paronoid. I was banded May12th and get my first fill 6/6/2011. Today is my last day of clear liquid diet now I get to start full liquid tommorow. Its just so weird trying to always read calories. I have been pretty good about the Clear Liquids this week

vlp1968 83 Posted May 20, 2011 I don't think chicken broth has many calories. It's a clear liquid, no cream or anything in it. I think yoiu did just fine. Best wishes.
Sistersue 12 Posted May 20, 2011 Find a food tracking site like Daily Plate on the Livestrong site. I like this site because it also tracks fat, Protein, carbs, sodium, and cholesterol too.
Cocoabean 430 Posted May 20, 2011 sparkpeople.com says Chinese chicken stock has 33.2 calories per serving, which I am assuming is a cup. Yay for moving on to full liquids, clears suck!
