vlp1968 83 Posted May 14, 2011 Thanks, a very interesting article. I think my success was due to eating a designated amount and then stopping. That and regular work outs.
OKCurt 0 Posted May 14, 2011 http://drsimpson.net...estriction.html I learned some things in that article, good find and thanks for posting
Melissannde 41 Posted May 14, 2011 I enjoy Dr. Simpson's articles. He's on Facebook if any of you care to follow him there. He posts things from time to time about banding and general health issues.
Dutchtraveller 0 Posted May 15, 2011 Great article! Thanks for the link, got some good tips. Will get banded in two days. Greetzzz from Amsterdam! Kim
LapNYC 3 Posted May 15, 2011 Huh. Interesting. However I don't feel that he's really describing my experience. I can't put my finger on it, but to me this sounds very much like a non-banded person talking! I eat far smaller portions for dinner than I used to, for example, but it's not as simple as pure willpower OR the band restricting me in some way I can describe. ButterflyM 2 Posted June 14, 2011 Interesting article. He however does sound a bit conflicting compared to alot of the other key points mentioned regularly in these forums. I agree he does not sound like he is asupportor of the band.
