Pho?

I live in a Asian part of Los Angeles and we have tons a of great Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, etc, places here. I get banded tomorrow and I was thinking of using Pho (just the broth not the noodles) as my main liquid for the first week. It is clear and it is a lot better tasting than just regular chicken broth. Anyone know of any issues or familiar with the dish?

Asian part of LA, isn't that kinda redundant? My wife is from Arcadia, and her sister live in LaVerne!

I would think the broth would be ok but the oils might upset your stomach.

not familiar with Pho or any of the cities you referenced!!! (North Dakota here)
