I screwed up! Had solid foods 7 days post op!!!

Greek yoghurt has 23 grams of Protein per 1/2 cup versus 5 gram with regular yoghurt. I discovered greek yoghurt as part of my pre-op diet and I LOVE it. I has the consistency of sour cream and you can get it with no fat. It's a great alternative to those Protein Shakes.< /p>

Hmmm think I'll try it with strawberry sometime too. I think they said greek yogurt because I notice its not as much sugar in it as reg yogurt.
