kassy_360 3 Posted May 3, 2011 Tis the season finally for decent produce, nice fresh salads, fruit and veggies. Well last week I had a salad w/ a Protein of course almost everyday. Well lets just say it looked better the 1st time in the salad bowl then it didn the 2nd time in the toilet bowl. Mind you no vomitting was involved. So I cut back thinking ok a little too much ruffage and went to every other day.. well it's not just salad .. zucchini, a little red pepper, even the skin from a cherry Tomato. . I always new corn was an issue so I just stayed away from it but it seems I'm just not digesting things well and things .. hmm.. I guess are not lets say staying together as well since I went to fresh veggies which I tend to not do much of in the winter. I feel fine and have had a complete work up several years back to which they found nothing. Just want to enjoy my salads and veggies and firm things up a little.
